- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 2) of New York, is soliciting quotes from contractors to provide Sludge Management and Tank Cleaning Services for the New Jersey Healthcare System at the Lyons Campus under a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This solicitation is issued with a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. Interested contractors will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies will be made available. The solicitation will provide contractors with instructions on the quote submission process. Potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and certified as a Small Business (SB) in the U.S. Small Business Administration s https://www.sam.gov and SBA information at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/. NAICS Code is 562998 All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $16.5 Million. The classification code is S299- Housekeeping Waste Treatment Management Services. The solicitation will be issued with a total SDVOSB Business set-aside, and an award will be made to the offeror who is evaluated as providing the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors are listed in the solicitation. All responsible, certified Small Businesses under the identified NAICS may submit quotes for the Agency's consideration.
