Description: This notice serves as both a Notice of Intent to Sole Source and a Sources Sought Notice. The Government intends to award a sole-source contract to the identified contractor because it is believed to be the only responsible source capable of meeting the Government's requirements. This notice is not a solicitation or a request for proposals. However, the Government is conducting market research to determine whether other responsible sources exist that possess the capability, experience, and resources necessary to satisfy the requirement described in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
