- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items Subject: S351 and S354 Dam Gate Seal Assembly Sets Solicitation Number: W19EP26QA015 Classification Code: 5330 NAICS Code: 325212 Agency: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District 1. Description This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W19EP26QA015 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Execution, Packaging & Logistics � Packaging & Shipping: All finished seals must be securely packed and shipped in wooden crates to prevent damage during transit. The integrity of the seals must be maintained throughout the transportation process. � Fabrication Constraint: Seals are to be supplied without bolt holes. The vendor must adhere strictly to this constraint to avoid rendering the assemblies unusable upon delivery. � Reference Prints: USACE will supply detailed drawings/prints to the selected vendor for reference to guarantee accurate molding and splicing.
