- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Contech Jellyfish Filter Inspection & Maintenance ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number SP4703-26-Q-0060 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition will result in a firm fixed price award. The applicable NAICS Code is 238990 with a Business Size Standard of $19,000,000. Department of Labor Service Contract Act WD #: 2015-4323 revision 33 applies. This is a firm fixed-price (FFP) Requirements Contract with the period of performance of 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods. This solicitation is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside requirement. This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the inspection and service of the Contech Jellyfish filtration unit at the Lotts Center parking lot. This device is a listed stormwater management facility in DSCR�s MS4 Stormwater Management Plan. This SOW satisfies DSCR�s MS4 Permit Number VAR040001 Part I E 5 b that reads �The Permittee shall implement an inspection and maintenance program for those stormwater management facilities owned or operated by the permittee�. The estimated start date for any contract resulting from this solicitation is August 17, 2026. SITE VISIT INFORMATION: Offerors may arrange to inspect work sited by clalling the Evironmental Management Division Office - Mr. Joseph Krouse @ (445) 737-9780 or Mr. John Orgel @ (686) 888-0671 for an appointment time. If any issues call Contract Specialist Kia Milindez @ (445) 737-4247. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. If not already registered in SAM, go to System for Award Management (SAM) website www.sam.gov to register prior to submitting your quote.
