- Description
- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform fuel tank repairs as defined and IAW scope of work provided. Work to be performed at USCG Station Emerald Isle 11101 Terrell Horne III Way, NC, 28594. All quotes must be submitted July 31, 2026 Noon EST. Quotes must be submitted to Tyrone.L.Mason@uscg.mil. Ensure block 17a and pricing are completed before emailing. Source evaluation is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Unit COR is MK1 Matthew Dutcher. Scheduled site visit is July 27, 2026. Contact COR for coordination. Site visit is required for quote consideration. All eligible responsive sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the US Coast Guard; however, those submitting quotes that do not have an active record at SAM.gov or meet the size requirements prior to the RFQ due date and time will be considered either ineligible or non-responsive and will not be considered for award. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation. The government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract resulting from this solicitation. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at Tyrone.L.Mason@uscg.mil, no later than July 29, 2026 Noon EST. An amendment may be posted to clear up any ambiguities or answer questions received at one time. No oral questions will be accepted. Amendment 0001: The SOW has been updated to reflect the new COR, MK1 Edward Taylor.
