**RFQ AMENDMENT A0002** SEE Attached ""1202SC26Q2715 A0002 SF30 - RFQ Amendment"" and ""1202SC26Q2715 Attachment 1 Terms and Conditions - Conformed through A0002"" for revisions to the original RFQ (Corrects items inafvertently left out of A0001). **RFQ AMENDMENT A0001** SEE Attached ""1202SC26Q2715 A0001 SF30 - RFQ Amendment"" and ""1202SC26Q2715 Attachment 1 Terms and Conditions - Conformed through A0001"" for revisions to the original RFQ. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1202SC26Q2715 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the delivery of a total of 61,584(ea), TOWEL - WATERLESS, CLEANSING, MINIMUM 12"" X 30"" cataloged in the National Fire Equipment System as item NFES 000712, to be delivered via FOB Destination Shipping in various quantities to multiple fire cache locations. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 325620�Toilet Preparation Manufacturing.
