- The U.S. Geological Survey, Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center (WHCMSC) has the need to purchase a portable, stand-alone winch system brand name or equal to Series 10031-10ELW Benthic Sampling Winch. Delivery is required to Woods Hole, ME 90 days, after receipt of the order. There are no option periods. Competitive Request for Quotations (RFQ) 140G0126Q0214 is a small business set aside under NAICS code 334511,Search Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing . The size standard is 1,350 employees.
