- NOTE: Responses to questions are added as an attachment. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Solicitation Number: FY263142053 Forestry Tires Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is FY263142053 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). All vendors must have an active registration in SAM.gov at the time of submission in order to be considered. Any vendor that does not have an active SAM.gov registration will be rejected as non-responsive. Offer due date/local time: 3:00 PM MDT on July 31, 2026. Please reference the solicitation number FY263142053 in the subject line. Active Unique Entity ID (UEI) shall be included with your offer. CLIN Structure shall be included with your quote. Only questions submitted by email to seone.jones@ibwc.gov will be considered. Questions received from Offerors after 3:00 pm MDT on July 15, 2026, may not be responded to. Description: The U.S. Section, International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC), requires the purchase of Forestry Tubeless Tires. Items Required: 1. Agro Alliance 420/85-28 Forestry OPFRM Tires � Qty: 14 2. Agro Alliance 520/85-38 Forestry OPFRM Tires � Qty: 28 3. Freight � Qty: 1 Please include warranty information. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423130 Heavy truck tires and tubes merchant wholesalers size standard of 200 Employees. The Product Service code 2610 Heavy truck tires and tubes merchant wholesalers.
