- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Concord Jet Service, Inc. 500 Sally Ride Dr. Concord, CA 94520 for the purpose of Hangar Rental services. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 488119 and the requirement is not a total small business set-aside. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See attached for details.
