- **UPDATE** 7/16/26: RFQ Question Responses and a revised RFQ document are now uploaded. Proposal submission due date has been extended to July 22, 2026 at 1PM ET. **Please note that if you did not attend the site visit on July 7th, you will not be deemed as ""Technically Acceptable"", as stated on page 1 on the RFQ document.** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0926Q70092765and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Tents Rentals. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03 effective January 17, 2025. This solicitation is Unrestricted (Full and Open) and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing and (W083 � LEASE OR RENTAL OF EQUIPMENT � TEXTILES, LEATHER, FURS, APPAREL AND SHOE FINDINGS, TENTS AND FLAGS). The anticipated Period of Performance will be July 27, 2026-January 26, 2028. The Government intends to award a 30-month Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) from this solicitation. **See the RFQ attachment for additional information**
