- This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. This solicitation is set aside for SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561720 Janitorial Services, with a small business size standard of $ 47.0 Million. The FSC/PSC is S201 Housekeeping Custodial Dayton VA Medical Center is requesting Janitorial Services to supplement current staffing. All vendors shall provide all requested information in Quote Preparation Instructions section.
