Scope The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division, FL, (NSWC PCD) has a requirement for Testing and Evaluation (T&E) for electromagnetic interference per MIL-STD-461 and MIL-STD-1399 Section 407 requirements on three (3) Commercially Available Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Under Breathing Apparatus (UBA). Requirement 1. Test Plan (CDRL A001) - See SOW 2. Optional Test Events with Test Report a). Option 1 (T&E: MIL-STD-461:RE101, RE102, RS101 and RS103) (CDRLA002) - See SOW b). Option 2 (T&E: MIL-STD-1399: SECTION 407) (CDRL A003) - See SOW 3. Government Furnished Property (GFP) (CDRL A004) ***Please Submit Your Quote According to the Format Provided in the Attached Spreadsheet*** Email subject line must include Solicitation Number and Vendor Name at beginning of subject line.
