- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Requirement: IV Room Testing Agy/Dept: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Location: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), San Francisco Medical Center (SFVAMC). Notice Details: The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with [Insert Vendor Name] under the authority of FAR 13.106-l(b). This requirement is un-der the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.
