- This PRE-SOLICITATION is for W9128F26RA060. On or about 28 July 2026, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation for ?Los Alamitos AFB Tank Repairs?. The solicitation will close on or about 25 August 2026 by 2:00 PM CT. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This acquisition includes repairs and maintenance of one vertical above ground tank located at Los Alamitos AASF in Los Alamitos, California. The attached DRAFT Scope of Work (SOW) and Drawings detail the scope of work to be executed in accordance with the terms of this contract. Site Visit: A Site Visit will be scheduled and additional information regarding the site visit will be provided in the solicitation. Tentative Site Visit will be 10 days after the solicitation is posted on SAM.GOV. NAICS Code: The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code anticipated for solicitation is 237120 ? Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction, with a size standard of $45.0 Million.
