Description: The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Connecticut intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to: Sikorsky. The above-mentioned company is the only Vendor that can meet our URGENT timeline as there is a current work stoppage. In absence of qualified sources, a contract will be awarded under FAR 6.302-2. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted. This is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must provide clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government in future procurements. For Thrust bearings, QTY. 20, that are needed for mission completion.
