- The Lee County Healthcare Center (LCHCC), 2489 Diplomat Parkway East, Cape Coral, FL 33909, has a requirement for HVAC butterfly valve replacement services at the Lee County Health Care Clinic (LCHCC). The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to replace one (1) 9-inch butterfly valve and three (3) 6-inch butterfly valves in accordance with the Scope of Work. All vendors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and certified by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) at the time of quotation submission and award. Price quotations shall include the Offeror's Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), confirmation of SBA SDVOSB certification, completed pricing schedule, manufacturer product data for the proposed replacement valves, and all information required by the solicitation, including the Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Deviation). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a $19.0 million size standard. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The solicitation will be available exclusively through SAM.gov. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email no later than 20 July 2026 at 12:30 PM Eastern Time (ET). Quotations shall be received no later than 27 July 2026 at 4:30 PM Eastern Time (ET).
