- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W50S8H-26-Q-0015 is issued as a request for quotation for the purchase and delivery of a zero-turn lawn mower. This acquisition a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS assigned is 333112 and the Size Standard is 1,500 Employees. The Federal Supply Code is 2420. Line Items: CLIN 0001 � 1 Each � Purchase and delivery of a commercial grade zero-turn lawn mower. The cutting width needs to be no less than 100� and no more than 144� in order to successfully navigate the existing and immovable obstacles that cover the landscape of the installation. Foldable deck portions or �deck wings� are acceptable. The zero-turn mower must be rated by the manufacturer as being able to mow no less than 8 acres of lawn per hour. A commercial-grade hydrostatic transmission is also required as well as commercial-grade high torque hydraulic wheel motors. The commercial grade zero-turn mower must be delivered to the 107th Civil Engineering Squadron, 2665 Johnson Street, Niagara Falls, NY 14304. - Delivery is to be no later than September 17, 2026. Delivery is FOB Destination. - Award will be based on price, meeting the technical specifications, and the ability to meet the required delivery timeframe.
