SOL: 36C24226Q0797 DUE: 7/17/2026 SET ASIDE: N/A NAICS: 238220 POP STATE:30 Days After Receipt of Award AGENCY: Department of Veterans Affairs; James J Peters VA Medical Center 130 W Kingsbridge Rd, Bronx NY 10468 POC: Charles Collins Mail all responses only to: Charles.Collins@va.gov DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO Johnson Controls, Inc, to provide maintenance, repairs and service work in accordance with JCI-York s manuals for York Chillers at James J Peters VA Medical Center. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Proposals or Quotations. No solicitation document exists, and no telephone or email inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made based on proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. Interested persons may identify their interests and capability to respond to the requirement. They should furnish detailed data concerning their abilities to provide services sought including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The government may consider all Expressions of Interest received before July 17, 2026. A determination by the government not to complete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the government s discretion. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this notice must be emailed to Charles.Collins@va.gov and received by 3:00 PM EST on July 17, 2026. Submitters are responsible for ensuring their EOI reaches the designated contract specialist/contracting officer on time.
