- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure online access to the Taylor & Francis Journal Collection Subscription for a one year subscription from 3 August 2026 through 2 August 2027. This procurement will be based on Lowest Price that can meet the desired requirements in the Statemtn of Work in the provided attachment labeled, ""W912EK26QA039 - Revised"". The NAICS code for this procurement is 519210 with a size standard of $21,000,000. Product Service Code is 7630.
