- This requirement is for the procurement of 100 berthing mattresses for the United States Naval Academy (USNA)'s Department of Waterfront Readiness (WFR) Small Craft Repair Facility (SCRD) Division in accordance with the Description of Supplies (DOS) within the attached solicitation. Potential vendors shall pay close attention to the mattress specifications described in the DOS. These exact specifications must be met in order to satisfactorily meet this requirement. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Only businesses designated small within the applicable NAICS shall submit quotes in response to this solicitation. Quotes shall be submitted via email to Contract Specialist Ashley Steele at ashley.n.steele8.civ@us.navy.mil. Only electronic submissions shall be accepted.
