- This is a Brand Name requirement for a DELTA Q Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer. All offerors (i.e. the vendor that will receive the award payment) must be an authorized reseller or distributor for the original equipment manuafacturer to be considered for award. ALL RESELLERS MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF PRICING FROM THE MANUFACTURER, AND CONFIRM AUTHORIZATION TO RESELL THE ITEMS LISTED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. See the attached statement of work, RFQ Document, and brand name justification for the full details of the requirement.
