- The intent of solicitation N40085-26-X-XXXX includes repairs and upgrades to the Acoustic and Machinery Lab in Building 87 and incidental related work. The building is located at the Philadelphia Navy Yard for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD), in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Building 87 is utilized by NSWC as a research, development, testing and evaluation facility.
