- AMENDMENT - The purpose of this amendment is to answer vendor inquiries, update the Statement of Work, and extend the submission due date. The updated Statement of Work fully replaces the previous version. No further inquiries will be accepted. Offerors are encouraged to review the entire solicitation and all attachments prior to submitting their quote. Submission of your response shall be received not later than 10:00 am PT, July 21, 2026, via email only to katharine.robert@va.gov. Subject line shall include �RESPONSE TO RFQ 36C26226Q0512� for consideration. RFQ response must be in PDF format; it is the vendors responsibility to ensure that the quote/offer is received on time. Instructions for quote submission are included on Attachment 1 FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services. NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE CHECK: A preliminary review of offers will be conducted; if all documentation is not submitted or is incomplete the offer will not be forwarded for evaluation; this will preclude the offer from any further consideration for award. Evalution Factors are included on Attachment 2 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services. These services were previously acquired on contracts 36C26226C0147 and 36C26223D0013.
