Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1305M326Q0263 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for janitorial support services at the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), Northeast Fisheries Science Center facilities located in Narragansett, RI. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. A list of solicitation provisions and contract clauses that apply to the acquisition are contained in the attachment 1305M326Q0263. This attachment also includes submission instructions and evaluation criteria. Description of requirements and dates is contained in Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement. A list of line-item number(s) is contained in Attachment 2 - Pricing Schedule. Quotes are due by 12:00 PM Eastern Time on July 23, 2026 to Grace.Parker@noaa.gov.
