- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.5 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. (A) The solicitation number is 70Z08426QDL940015 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted). This requirement is for the U.S Coast Guard (USCG) purchase of: ITEM: FENIX 8 47MM SOLAR CARBON GRAY DLC (Part number: 010-02906-10) for USCG Maritime Security Response Team (MSRT) West. The awardee is required to be an �Authorized Garmin Distributor / Reseller� The total quantity of this one-time buy is 25 (B) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01. (C) The associated NAICS code is 423430 - Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers and the PSC code is 7520 - OFFICE DEVICES AND ACCESSORIES. The type of contract is a FIRM FIXED PRICE. (D) Description/Statement of Work/Specification: Please refer to attachment �SOW� (E) FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors�Commercial (JAN 2017), is incorporated by reference and applies to this acquisition: Please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions for the submission requirements. Offerors� quotation shall confirm to the required SOW. (F) Evaluation FAR Provision 52.212-2: Please see the attached RFQ terms and conditions for the submission requirements (G) Any and all questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Chris Columbres at christopher.u.columbres@uscg.mil no later than 15 July 2026 10:00 AM Pacific Time.
