- Amendment 0001 attaches provisions and clauses omitted by system error. Montrose Public Lands Center Rooftop HVAC Unit Replacement The Bureau of Land Management Colorado State Office seeks a contractor to replace the rooftop HVAC unit at the Montrose Public Lands Center (MPLC). The resultant award is anticipated to be a Firm-fixed-price (FFP) Purchase Order pursuant to FAR 12 and FAR 13. Basic Contracting Requirements: 1.
