- DESCRIPTION. The National Park Service has a requirement for cardiac monitors in support of Yosemite National Park. This is a brand name requirement for ZOll Propaq MD. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 140P8526Q0088 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is a 100% total small business set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.104-1, and the NAICS code is 334510 with an associated small business size standard of 1,250 employees. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clause may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. The government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror (pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1) whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price. QUOTES ARE DUE AT 5:00 P.M. PACIFIC TIME (PT) ON WEDNESDAY, July 15, 2026. Only emailed quotes will be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing via email to lisa_henson@ios.doi.gov and reference the solicitation number in the subject line of the email, e.g., '140P8526Q0088 QUESTION.' Questions must be received by July 9, 2026, by 1:00 p.m. (PT). Questions received after this date may or may not be addressed. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
