BASIS FOR CANCELLATION: FAR 15.206(e) (for Negotiated Acquisitions), the Government reserves the right to cancel a solicitation, either before or after receipt of offers, when cancellation is clearly in the public interest. The cancellation of this solicitation is based upon the following: The requirement underlying this solicitation no longer meets the needs of the agency.
