- CHANGE AS OF 2 JULY 2026 The purpose of this amendment is to post the Questions and Answers CAO 2 July 2026. The RFQ is extended to 15 July 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT. All other terms and conditions remain unchaged. Solicitation for Commercial Products � Synopsis not required IAW FAR RFO 5.101(b)(1)(i) Gravel Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) This is a solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR RFO Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: W50S8626QA013 Issued as a: Request for Quotation (RFQ) Requirement Description: As a result of this RFQ, the Government intends to establish at least one, but not more than three, firm-fixed-price BPAs for Gravel for the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC) and Grayling Air to Ground (ATG) Range. The Government reserves the right to establish multiple BPAs as a result of this RFQ at its discretion. See attached Description of Requirement (DOR) for additional information Set-Aside: This acquisition has been set aside 100% for Small Business NAICS Code: 212321 PSC: 5610 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) guidance and applicable DFARS class deviations. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide Line Items (CLINs): 0001 - 23A Limestone (Afton Stone) Road Mix IAW DOR 3.0 0002 - 21 AC Road Gravel IAW DOR 3.0 0003 - Number (#) 57 Stone (3/4-inch) Limestone IAW DOR 3.0 0004 - Decomposed Granite (DG) IAW DOR 3.0 A detailed list of required characteristics is provided in the solicitation attachments. Delivery and Acceptance: Delivery and acceptance shall be order dependent. Deliveries with be to either: Alpena CRTC, 5884 A Street, Alpena, MI 49707. -or- Grayling Air to Ground Range, 10930 Steelgate Rd, Frederic, MI 49733 Questions: All questions are due by 1 July 2026 at 3:00 PM Local Time Response Date: All quotations are due by 7 July 2026 at 11:00 AM Local Time Offerors must complete Attachment 3 � Pricing Worksheet � Gravel BPA, and submit the completed form as part of their quote. The first BPA Call issued under the resultant BPA will be for approximately 2000 Cubic Yards (CY) of 23A Limestone (Afton Stone) Road Mix, delivered to the Grayling ATG Range. Pricing submitted in Attachment 3 will be utilized to issue the initial Call. The unit prices of the Itemized Pricing Table above must match the unit prices quoted in Attachment 3. Shipping/Delivery costs shall not be separately priced. Actual quantities and types of gravel issued under the first call may change prior to call issuance. UNFUNDED DISCLOSURE � Funds are not presently available for this requirement. The government intends to make award should funds become available.
