- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 13. This announcement constitutes this being the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24726Q0663 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), for Janitorial Equipment Servicing and Repair Services for Columbia VA Health Care System. This acquisition is set-aside for Service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310 is assigned to this requirement with a small business size standard of $12.5 million. The FSC/PSC is J079. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Columbia VA Health Care System located at 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209, janitorial equipment requires repairs and restored back to operational capability, which is outlined in the Statement of Work.
