- The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Twentynine Palms, CA, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement of brand-name VIAVI Solutions T-BERD/MTS-5800 handheld network testing equipment and associated software/optical components in support of the MCAGCC G6 Communications and Data Division. Key Procurement Details: Acquisition Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Products (FAR Part 12 & 13). Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS Code: 334515 (Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals) � Size Standard: 750 employees. PSC: 6625 (Electrical and Electronic Properties Measuring and Testing Instruments). Delivery: FOB Destination to MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, CA 92278 within 30 days ARO. Required Brand Name Configuration (No Substitutions): This requirement is restricted to the VIAVI Solutions brand ecosystem to ensure mandatory hardware and software compatibility with existing government-owned test modules and integration with the deployed VIAVI StrataSync fleet management system.
