- BOA Order: The NAICS Code is 811210. Under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00174-23-G-0003, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Order on a sole source basis to MSI. The contractor shall provide all necessary material and services required to manufacture, assemble, inspect, preserve, package, and ship the deliverables for the Maintenance Assist Module (MAM) Kits, On Board Repair Part (OBRP), and Fire Control Consoles in accordance with SOW 26-0003-0001-04. MSI is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required time frame. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
