Description: The U.S. Consulate General in Merida intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Federal Communications Consulting for Kenwood handheld radios. In accordance with 5 FAH-2 H-743, Regional Information Management Center (RIMC) guidance, and based on the vendor�s past performance, the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the Government�s best interest to sole source this requirement.
