- THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT FA462526Q1024 Whiteman AFB, Mo 65305 30 June 2026 Whiteman AFB intends to award as a sole source, in accordance with RFO 12.102(a) a contract for the purchase of Leica Absolute Tracker AT960LR, with associated components, software, set up, and training.
