- This is an update to a previous presolicitation notice for field folding stool NSN 7105-01-326-1816 (Notice ID SPE8ED26R0006). Updated presolicitation language is below, including a revised expected solicitation date of July 23, 2026 General Information The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support intends to issue a solicitation for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA), Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The anticipated period of performance is a five-year base period with no option periods. This acquisition is anticipated to be a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Award Information & Fair Opportunity The Government intends to make multiple awards (up to a maximum of three) to responsible offerors submitting responsive proposals that offer fair and reasonable pricing. However, the Government reserves the right to make a single award. If multiple awards are made, the Government will provide awardees a fair opportunity to be considered for subsequent delivery orders in accordance with FAR 16.505. This date is an estimate and is subject to change. Upon issuance, the solicitation and all associated documents will be made available electronically via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by DLA Troop Support.
