- The purpose of this Amendment 0003 is to extend the solicitation response date. The closing date and time for receipt of proposals is hereby extended from 30 JUNE 2026 at 2:00 P.M. CDT to 14 JULY 2026 at 2:00 P.M. CDT. All other terms and conditions of solicitation W519TC-26-R-0024 remain unchanged. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award to procure the Fire Extinguisher Cartridge MU26 and MU27 as follows; NSN: 1377-01-255-2382ES/MU26 Part Number: 30903860 NSN: 1377-01-255-1598ES/MU27 Part Number: 30903861 This RFP is restricted to one or a limited number of responsible sources, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1(b). To be eligible for award, the Offeror must submit a valid Qualification Acceptance Letter, or Government approved equivalent, signed by an authorized Government engineer verifying their status as a qualified source for this requirement.
