- Post Award Synopsis The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institute (FCI) Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, announces the award of Purchase Order 15B20726P00000141 under Solicitation 15B20726Q00000013 for Food Items (Dairy). The contract has been awarded to Wildkale.com, INC.. for a total amount of $23,512.37. The procurement was conducted under NAICS 311999, utilizing a Firm-Fixed Price contract structure. This acquisition was solicited as a small business set aside, and all responsible sources were permitted to submit a quote. In accordance with FAR 4.1102, all offerors were required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Award was made to the offeror whose quote represented the best value to the Government, considering price, past performance, and technical excellence. The Government reserved the right to award by item, group, or in aggregate, and exercised this authority in determining the final awardee. For this solicitation and award, it was determined that an award in aggregate was the best value to the government and best for evaluation.
