- The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Dakota Valley Electric Cooperative. The requirement is for the purchase of the following services: installing the necessary infrastructure for a second, redundant commercial power feed to be ready for a future transformer installation. Please refer to the redacted Performance Work Statement for further details. This notice of intent is NOT a request for quote. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. The applicable NAICS Code is 335311 - Power, Distribution, and Specialty Transformer Manufacturing, and the business standard size is 800 employees.
