- Description
- The Contractor shall provide to the U.S. Government new fume extraction hoods and accessories, not previously used, in strict compliance with the specifications at the agreed upon firm fixed price. Vendor shall install the equipment, provide maintenance services and train end users. In the event of noncompliance with the specifications, the U.S. Government reserves the right to demand collection(s) or reject this requirement in its entirety. If brand name is not used, technical specification sheets are required to be submitted prior to equipment approval and acceptance. Technical Requirements: � The equipment MUST be clean, new, and not previously used, and MUST be delivered in optimal operating condition and quality. � All manuals MUST be provided in both Spanish and English. � All equipment shall have a manufacture date not older than twelve (12) months at the time of delivery. � The Contractor MUST provide a valid calibration certificate issued by the manufacturer or an accredited calibration laboratory. � The Contractor MUST verify and document compliance of all accessories, consumables, and components with the required specifications prior to shipment. � The Contractor shall furnish and install all materials required by this contract. All requirements are detailed in the attached statement of work.
