Q&A Is there an incumbent contractor for this requirement? If yes, please provide the contract number. No Will the Government permit telehealth/telemedicine for any portion of services under this contract? No Can the Government provide the anticipated average daily patient volume to assist vendors in scoping staffing and pricing? 6-8 patients per day Can the Government provide the incumbent hourly rate or IGCE to assist vendors in preparing competitive pricing? Please provide your firm's pricing as requested and in conformance with FAR regulation and market industry standards. Will the Government consider alternative scheduling arrangements such as 7 on/7 off, 3 on/2 off, or block scheduling to support provider recruitment in this remote location? No flex schedule Is any housing resource or referral available, or does the contractor bear full responsibility for provider accommodations? There are no govt housing available. The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO), is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Non-Personal Professional Psychiatric Physician Services at Fort Yuma Health Clinic (FYHC), Winterhaven, California. This acquisition is conducted using the commercial services procedures of FAR Part 12, as supplemented by applicable HHS, IHS, and Buy Indian Act requirements. This requirement is restricted to eligible Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) in accordance with the Buy Indian Act and applicable IHS acquisition regulations. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract resulting from this solicitation.
