- CHILLER MAINTENANCE SERVICES This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for pricing. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Charles George VA Medical Center, has a requirement for Chiller Maintenance Services, located in Asheville, NC. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about June 24th, 2026. In accordance with Public Law, P.L. 109-461, this is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The NAICS Code for this procurement 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, size standard of $ 19.0 million.
