- Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The South Dakota National Gurard intends to award a firm fixed price sole source under the autortity of RFO FAR 6.103-1(a), Agencies may contract without providing for full and open competition when the supplies or services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Intended Contractor: Teall Properties Group, LLC 500 W 5th St. Winston Salem, NC 27101 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541850 Indoor and Outdoor Display Advertising, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is R701 Support Management Advertising, The object of this sole source award is to obtain advertising for SDARNG Recruting from the South Dakota High School Activities Association.
