- RFQ 36C24726Q0585 Torchmate 4400 CNC Plasma Cutting Table SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Lincoln Electric Torchmate 4400 CNC Plasma Cutting Table Carl Vinson VA Medical Center Dublin, Georgia REQUIREMENT OVERVIEW The Department of Veterans Affairs requires the purchase and delivery of one (1) Lincoln Electric Torchmate 4400 CNC Plasma Cutting Table and associated accessories for use by Engineering Service at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center. This is a supply-only requirement. BRAND NAME REQUIREMENT The Government requires: Lincoln Electric Torchmate 4400 CNC Plasma Cutting Table This is a Brand Name Only requirement. No substitutions, alternates, or equal products will be accepted. MINIMUM TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS The equipment shall meet or exceed the following characteristics: Stepper Motors: (3) 396 oz-in Maximum Speed: 500 ipm Linear Guidance: Profile Linear Rail Drive System: Hardened Rack and Pinion Height Control: Integrated AVHC Accuracy: .008 Repeatability: .0015 Maximum Material Thickness: ¾ Mild Steel Place Input Power: 208-575V 3-Phase Frame Construction: welded steel Machine Footprint: 4x4 74 x67 Weight: 4x4 840lbs Condition: New and unused Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment Condition: New and unused Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) equipment REQUIRED ACCESSORIES The contractor shall provide: One (1) Torchmate CAD Software License One (1) Bronze Training Package Two (2) PlateGuard Water Table Additives (5-Gallon) One (1) FlexCut Consumable Starter Kit DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS Quantity: One (1) Each FOB Destination Delivery Location: Carl Vinson VA Medical Center, Dublin, Georgia Delivery shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of order (ARO). All freight, shipping, handling, and delivery charges shall be included in the quoted price. WARRANTY The contractor shall provide the manufacturer s standard commercial warranty. Warranty documentation shall be provided at the time of delivery. AUTHORIZED RESELLER REQUIREMENT Offerors shall provide documentation demonstrating they are an authorized Lincoln Electric distributor, dealer, or reseller authorized to furnish the required equipment. TECHNICAL ACCEPTABILITY Technical acceptability will be determined through review of the offeror s quotation, product literature, and supporting documentation. Offerors shall submit manufacturer product literature sufficient to verify compliance with all solicitation requirements.
