- GOVERNMENT GRAZING LEASE - LAKE WHITNEY, TEXAS - LOFER'S BEND Notice of Availability (NOA): DACW63-9-26-0632 Sealed bid subject for a grazing lease will be received until the time, date, and at the place indicated below, and then publicly opened. Bids will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the NOA. Persons interested in receiving a complete copy of this NOA can download the attached PDF or request a copy from Amanda Wilkinson, Forester, Fort Worth District, 817-886-1015 or amanda.wilkinson@usace.army.mil. Attendance is recommended at a pre-bid site visit to be held Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 10:00 am, at the Whitney Lake Office, 285 County Road 3602, Clifton, Texas 76634, for inspection of the lease area. If you cannot attend the pre-bid site visit, you can reach out to the Lake Natural Resource Specialist, Kathryn Champagne, (254) 622-7375 OR the Lake Office at (254) 622-3332 to arrange inspection. DESCRIPTION: Approximately 625 acres of land located within the Lofer�s Bend area at Whitney Lake, Texas, with a stocking rate of 1 animal unit per 25 acres (25 animal units total). DATE OF OPENING: Friday, July 24, 2026 TIME OF OPENING: 10:00 AM, Local Time PLACE OF OPENING: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Whitney Lake Office, 285 County Road 3602, Clifton, Texas 76634 BID DEPOSIT: $200 deposit in the form of a Cashier�s Check, Money Order, or Certified Check, payable to the F&A Officer, USAED, Fort Worth LEASE TERM: 5-Year Lease with One 5-Year Option Issued by: U.
