- Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of residential furniture for the U.S. Embassy in Wellington, New Zealand. The Embassy seeks to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to facilitate repetitive, pre-negotiated purchases of household furniture, furnishings, and related supplies in support of successful mission performance. The anticipated performance period is for one (1) base year with options to renew for four (4) years. The Government may award multiple BPAs based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant BPAs will be firm fixed price type agreements. Submit your quotation electronically to: wellington.gsoprocurement@state.gov, no later than: 2 July 2026 at 17:00 local time. Please ensure your email with your offer does not exceed 25MB; if it does, you will need to send more than one email.
