The Air National Guard requires a rapidly deployable, autonomous radar capability to detect, track, and classify small UAS threats in support of: Domestic Operations (DOMOPS) and homeland defense Defense Support of Civil Authorities (DSCA) Base defense and critical infrastructure protection Agile Combat Employment (ACE) distributed operations Intended Employment: A continuous, reliable, and scalable detection capability for day-to-day area surveillance, tracking, and early warning of sUAS threats in defense of protected assets and critical infrastructure. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. AWARD WILL BE BASED ON LOWEST PRICE. CLIN 0001- Drone Detection System Must meet the following minimum salient characteristics: The target system must provide wide-area, persistent sUAS detection and tracking. Utilize passive or low-emission sensors (e.g., Radio Frequency, Electro-Optical/Infrared, or Acoustics) to ensure safe operation in spectrum-sensitive environments without causing electromagnetic interference to friendly communications or aviation. The system's interface must provide operators with a common operating pictureincluding real-time location, altitude, and historical track dataenabling rapid situational awareness, threat assessment, and decisive action. Detect and track low-altitude, low-RCS, slow-moving sUAS Provide real-time classification (bird vs drone vs clutter) at the sensor Operate in RF-congested and urban environments typical of ANG missions Function independently of cloud connectivity (CONUS disaster / degraded comms scenarios) Provide non-proprietary open API Integrate with existing C2 and C-sUAS architectures such as TAC, Lattice, SAPIENT Must integrate into base architecture to provide a real-time, comprehensive sUAS air picture directly to the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) via a secure user interface -All quotes are due NLT 2:00 p.m. eastern on 29 June 2026 Delivery Address is: 174th Attack Wing 6001 E.
