The system's interface must provide operators with a common operating pictureincluding real-time location, altitude, and historical track dataenabling rapid situational awareness, threat assessment, and decisive action. Detect and track low-altitude, low-RCS, slow-moving sUAS Provide real-time classification (bird vs drone vs clutter) at the sensor Operate in RF-congested and urban environments typical of ANG missions Function independently of cloud connectivity (CONUS disaster / degraded comms scenarios) Provide non-proprietary open API Integrate with existing C2 and C-sUAS architectures such as TAC, Lattice, SAPIENT Must integrate into base architecture to provide a real-time, comprehensive sUAS air picture directly to the Base Defense Operations Center (BDOC) via a secure user interface -All quotes are due NLT 2:00 p.m. eastern on 29 June 2026 Delivery Address is: 174th Attack Wing 6001 E.
