The Army Contracting Command � Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities and qualifications of various members of the community, to include both small and large businesses, for production of the military-unique item listed below: Terrain Decontamination Spray Bar NSN: 1040-01-612-3517 PART NO.: 5-45-9548 FAT: Required Responses to this notice will assist ACC-DTA in planning for a one time buy, Firm-Fixed Price contract.
