- The purpose of Amendment 00001 is to correct the part numbers to (1) Dell 1.92TB Data Center and (2) Axiom Transceiver, and (3) the delivery rating method paragraph in attachment 1. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The RFQ number is N0060426Q4048. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect from the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Parts and Deviations and DFARS Publication Notice 20260507. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334118 and the Small Business Standard is 1,000 Employee. This is a competitive, 100% Small Business Set-Aside action. The Small Business Office concurs with the set-aside decision. The proposed contract action has brand name only items. The brand name and model number of the product(s) are: 1) Dell 960GB Data Center NVMe Read Intensive AG Drive U2 Gen4 with carrier, Customer Kit - [GC02954] (400-BMTM) 2) Dell ReadyRails, XR5610, Common Rail Kit - [G3B9SXP] (770-BFCM) 3) Dell 1.92TB Data Center NVMe Read Intensive AG Drive U2 Gen4 with carrier, Customer Kit - [GM0N4OC] (400-BKFI). In accordance with RFO FAR 5.201(c)(3), the required justification or documentation is attached. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor Regional Contracting Dept. requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the products found in attachment (1) RFQ N0060426Q4048 Combined Synopsis Solicitation.
