- A.1 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and FAR Part 16 Types of Contracts as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government will evaluate quotations using the comparative evaluation process outlined in FAR 13.106-2(b)(3), where quotations will be compared to one another to determine which provides the best benefit to the Government. 2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25626Q0909. 3. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026) FAR Deviation APR 2026 (eff. 04/23/2026) VAAR DEVIATION MAY 2026 (eff. 05/12/2026) VAAM Alert 26-01 (eff. 10/01/2025) Acquisition Policy Flash 26-30 eff. 05/12/2026) 4. This requirement is un-restricted. The North American Industry Classification System number is 334516 with a size standard of 1000 EMP. 5. Place of Performance: Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System John L. McClellan Memorial Veterans' Hospital 4300 W. 7th St. Little Rock, AR 72205 6. Period of Performance: Five (5) Years 7. All questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via email to Contracting Specialist, T Miller at t.miller@va.gov no later than 3:00 PM CST by 06/22/2026. 8. Quotes are due no later than 07/03/2026 at 3:00 PM CST and shall be submitted electronically via e-mail to the Contracting Specialist, T Miller at t.miller@va.gov. COMBINE SYNOPSIS/SOLICTATION APPLICABLE Provisions and Clauses The provision at 52.212-1 Introduction to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 EVALUATION COMMERCIAL ITEMS (NOV 2021) applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement. The addendum to FAR 52.212-4 also applies to this acquisition. Addendum to FAR 52.212-4 Show FAR clauses followed by VAAR clauses in numeric order. Solicitation contains a list of all clauses incorporated by reference in numeric order under 52.252-2 (see below), starting first with FAR and followed by VAAR.
