Description

Amendment 0008 is issued to inform all Offerors of the new Proposal Due Date and Time for the Triennial Electrical Inspection Services Procurement at Columbus VAACC. Additionally, the Service Contract Act Wage Determinations General Decision Number and the VAAR 852.219-75 Clause with Contractor Certification is included as part of Amendment 0008. The Contractor Certification is required to be completed and submitted with the proposal. In accordance with VAAR 852.219-75, failure to provide the completed Contractor Certification will result in your proposal not being considered. The new Proposal Due Date is June 23, 2026, 2:00 P.M. EST. Proposals shall be submitted to Brian Kish; Email: Brian.Kish@va.gov. All other Terms and Conditions remain unchanged. See attached document: VAAR 852.219-75 VA NOTICE OF LIMITATIONS ON SUBCONTRACTING - CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE FOR SERVICES AND CONSTRUCTION. See attached document: Service Contract Act Wage Determination No 2015-4729 Dated 05-13-2026.
